- 360 deg continuous pan, -30 to 90 deg tilt, 100 deg/s pan and 60 deg/s tilt, up to 256 presets and multiple cruise tracks
- Dual-spectrum AI: person, vehicle and animal detection on both channels, with custom alarm zones and zone linkage
- Thermal ranging up to 40 m with 90% accuracy, self-calibrated against the mounting height
- 9.1 mm thermal lens as standard; 13 mm and 19 mm optional (34 x 27 deg / 23 x 18 deg)
- At 9.1 mm: person 80 m / vehicle 200 m / animal 50 m AI detection distance
- H.264 / H.265 dual stream, 512 kbps to 4 Mbps, MP4 recording

Ordering notes
Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm the thermal lens: 9.1 mm standard, or 13 mm / 19 mm for a narrower field of view.
- Confirm the housing colour: black or white.
- Confirm the supply connector and cable length for the 9-36 V input.
- Confirm mounting: aluminium flange as standard, or tripod adapter / aluminium tripod.
- Confirm how video is consumed: browser, ONVIF recorder or the dedicated Android app.
- Confirm alarm outputs and whether the safety case is required.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Thermal radiation does not pass through glass. The PTZ must have a clear line of sight.
- Keep the thermal and visible windows clean and avoid pointing the unit directly at the sun.
- Check the 9-36 V supply and polarity before power-on.
- Commission pan / tilt limits, presets and cruise tracks before handover.
- Default IP is 192.168.1.227 and the default account is admin / admin. Change it during commissioning.
- Do not open the sealed housing; doing so can void the IP66 protection and warranty.
