- Glare shielding: not interfered by high beams and strong light; normal imaging through fog, fog, smoke and haze
- Built-in horn, three-level sound and light warning; built-in dedicated collision warning algorithm to remind the driver in advance
- Camera 12μm vanadium oxide uncooled detector, 256×192 (optional 384×288 / 640×512)

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirmed resolution: 256×192 standard, 384×288 / 640×512 as upgrade options (384/640 screen lag is almost invisible)
- Confirm the lens and field of view: 10mm (FOV 18°×13°) standard, whether you need a 120° ultra-wide-angle version
- Confirm whether you need CarPlay function: The solution for connecting to the factory harness screen and using CarPlay is also JPC-256Ai-Carplay. Please confirm whether this model requires CarPlay before placing an order
- Confirm the power method: cigarette lighter (with built-in fuse) or ACC from the fuse box (when the cigarette lighter is normally powered, it must be changed to ACC to avoid power loss)
- Confirm the monitor installation method (operator console/windshield adsorption) and bracket form
- Confirm whether AHD reversing camera access is required (the all-in-one machine can expand the reversing screen)
- Confirm whether the language, startup screen, interface LOGO and warning voice need to be custom
- Confirm whether an external sound and light alarm is needed (3.3V early warning signal output)
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage

- The camera must be installed outside the car (at the center grille of the front bumper): heat radiation cannot penetrate the glass, and it cannot be photographed through the glass inside the car
- The camera is IP67 waterproof, but the 7-inch monitor host is not waterproof and must be installed in the car
- It is recommended to wrap the camera and cable connectors with waterproof tape to enhance the waterproof effect
- The lens carries an anti-reflective coating — clean it only with a proper lens cloth, never touch it with bare fingers and never use alcohol.
- Do not point the camera at the sun, lasers, welding arcs or other intense light sources for long periods.
- The screen will freeze briefly for about 150ms and then recover. This is because the automatic shutter is in action, which is normal
- Thermal contrast falls as ambient temperature rises; this is normal.
- It takes about 18 seconds to turn on the phone for the first time (including camera warm-up), and then drive after the screen comes out
- The installation angle of the camera is parallel to the ground, and the junction of the sky and the ground in the distance is approximately in the middle of the screen; after debugging, use self-tapping screws to fix the bracket
- Try to route the wiring with the factory wiring harness and fix it with ties to avoid the high temperature parts of the engine casing
- The default warning parameters generally do not need to be changed; when adjustments are needed, fine-tune them according to actual road conditions to avoid false alarms and omissions
