Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm the resolution and format: AHD 1080P, PAL / NTSC, and match the monitor / MDVR
Confirm the lens angle version: The standard for this model is 165° (1.8mm lens). If you need other angles, please inform us in advance
Confirm whether you need to provide test reports with the goods: IP69K waterproof (report number 18280CC10028901), high and low temperature, and vibration resistance can be provided. It is recommended to include the goods with the bidding/certification projects
Confirm the connector type: default 4-pin aviation connector (RCA optional), which should correspond to the vehicle wiring harness
Confirm cable length. 0.5 m tail is standard; 1 m / 5 m / 10 m made to order.
Confirm the installation position and bracket form (rear of vehicle/rear of construction machinery), and reserve installation space for the 4mm thick shell
Default specifications: 2053 + 8536H solution / 165° field of view / PAL system / without reversing auxiliary line (no park line); no wide dynamic range (WDR) function, if you need other angles or NTSC, please explain in advance
Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.

Installation & usage

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply is DC 12V (8–15V) and never reverse the polarity.
Route and secure the cable away from the engine and other hot surfaces, and clear of sharp sheet-metal edges.
Tighten the connector and fit the waterproof boot to keep water out.
After adjusting the angle, tighten the screws. Do not miss the wedge-shaped self-locking screws or replace them with ordinary screws
Although IP69K is resistant to high-pressure hot water washing, it is still necessary to avoid direct direct impact on the lens and connectors for a long time
If the tempered glass lens cover is dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not scratch it with a hard object
The construction site is very dusty. Clean the lens and glass cover regularly to avoid fogging of the screen at night
