Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Determine the voltage at which the product works (10-48V wide voltage; the same series also has 12-24V and 12-48V versions)
Confirm decibel level (87 / 97 / 102 / 107 dB, tolerance ±4dB)
Confirm the sound type: beep / white noise / voice (Chinese reversing, etc.) / intelligent voice change (automatic volume adjustment) / whether you need to customize the MP3 file
Confirm whether you need a multi-level switch version (switchable sound or decibel)
Confirm connector (default bare wire, optional DT/AMP) and wire length
Confirm the installation method: the bracket is fixed with screws, and the hole spacing is according to the drawing
Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Confirm the voltage before wiring. Do not connect the positive and negative poles reversely (there is reverse connection protection, but you still need to connect them with the correct polarity)
The bell mouth should face downward or outward to prevent the sound hole from being blocked by mud or ice
IP68 is water-proof/water-spray-proof, which does not mean it can withstand long-term direct impact with a high-pressure water gun
Tighten the connectors and put on the waterproof cover, fix the wires and avoid getting close to high-temperature parts such as the engine
Do not use it beyond the rated voltage; do not continuously chirp at full power for a long time
It is recommended to use low-end or smart voice-changing models at night and in residential areas to reduce nuisance to residents
After installation, test the sound first to make sure the sound is normal and then tighten the screws
