Confirm the control method: joystick / controller with screen / keyboard without screen / display menu / RS485 keyboard (such as K022)
Confirm the number of gimbals and controllers (keyboards) and whether brackets are required
Confirm the power supply method (DC11V/DC24V) and wire harness length
Confirm the output format (AHD 1080P) and which MDVR/monitor it is paired with
Confirm the installation method (roof/pole/magnetic mount) and whether a vibration-absorbing base is required
Confirm whether special requirements such as anti-fog heating, wipers, etc. are needed

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

There should be no obstructions within the rotation range of the gimbal, otherwise the mechanism will be jammed
Do not forcefully rotate the gimbal with your hands to avoid damaging the motor and limiter
Before installing the magnetic mount, make sure that the suction surface is flat, clean, and firm. You must confirm again before driving
RS485 control line A/B cannot be connected reversely, otherwise control will not be possible
Regularly check the sealing and drainage of the ball cover to avoid fogging due to water ingress
Rain, snow, and mud will affect the gimbal gears and lens imaging, so clean them up promptly after operation
For long-term outdoor use, pay attention to lightning protection and moisture-proof, and make sure the wiring port is waterproof
