Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- The 2K of this model is the 2K obtained by amplifying the difference (interpolation) of 1080P. If you want true 2K, please choose another model
- Confirm regional version: This model only has Europe/Middle East/Russia/India version, no American version
- Confirm if you need CMSV platform and server (version without server is cheaper)
- Confirm the front and rear lens angles (the catalog data is the actual measured front 100°/rear 110°, the factory has other markings, subject to confirmation)
- The maximum size of TF card is 512G, Class 10 or above, please confirm whether it is included with the goods
- Confirm who provides the SIM card and data plan
- Confirm language, logo, packaging and boot screen.
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- First time use: Disconnect the WiFi from your phone first, enter the App and scan the barcode to bind the device
- Connect the recorder to WiFi to view the video files; the video can also be downloaded to the mobile phone through the App
- If Cloudspirit App always shows that the connection is unsuccessful: first delete the frequently used WiFi saved in the phone, then restart the phone and try to connect to the recorder WiFi
- Disconnect the power before inserting the SIM or TF card.
- Fix the main unit securely and never reverse the power polarity.
- Check the recording time, image and loop overwrite periodically, and export important footage promptly.
- Route the cable away from hot surfaces and strong interference sources.
