Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm whether it is a 4-channel or 8-channel version (video input 4CH / 8CH CVBS)
- Confirm the hard drive capacity (SATA maximum 4TB) and whether it needs to be shipped with the product; SD card maximum 512G
- Confirm the number of AI channels: BSD has a maximum of 4 channels, DMS/ADAS is additional, and options are calculated based on the number of channels
- Confirm if 4G/5G, GPS antenna and SIM card are required (and who provides them)
- Confirm whether you need external audible and visual alarms, internal speakers, intercom handles, and multi-function control panels
- Confirm platform connection (JT/T808, JT/T1076, JT/T1078) and server
- Confirm the number of cameras, cable length and connector type
- Confirm the power-taking method (ACC/normal power) and delayed shutdown
- Confirm whether you need English AI alarm voice (upgrade file available)

Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Supply is 9–36V: red to permanent live, orange to ACC, black to ground. Never reverse the polarity.
- The hard disk model must be installed horizontally and fixedly with vibration damping to avoid long-term vibration damage to the hard disk
- The host is installed in a waterproof, shockproof and interference-proof position, away from the air outlet of the air conditioner
- Disconnect the power before inserting or removing the hard drive, SD card or SIM card.
- The AI camera is installed and calibrated according to the angle in the instruction manual (DMS is aimed at the driver, BSD is aimed at the blind spot on the side of the car), otherwise the alarm will not be accurate
- The BSD detection area is adjustable and can be adjusted according to the actual vehicle model after installation to reduce false alarms and false negatives
- Do not adjust the alarm volume in the car to 0, otherwise the driver will not be able to hear the alarm; the overspeed alarm threshold also needs to be set according to project requirements
- The AI alarm voice can be upgraded through a USB flash drive: put the upgrade file in the root directory of the FAT32 format USB flash drive, insert the front panel USB when the computer is turned on, wait 1-2 minutes for automatic upgrade and restart
- Regularly check the recording time, picture, hard disk health status and loop coverage, and back up important videos in a timely manner
