Ordering notes
Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm AI configuration: DMS is standard configuration, BSD standard 1 channel (the number of channels can be increased), ADAS is optional
- Confirm SSD: M.2 interface SATA solid state drive, maximum 2TB, whether it needs to be shipped with the product
- Confirm the number and capacity of SD cards (dual card slots, single card maximum 512G)
- Confirm the number of 4-way cameras, cable length and connectors (aviation connector)
- Confirm if 4G/GPS antenna is required and who provides the SIM card
- Confirm the platform agreement and docking method (whether to dock with the customer’s own platform)
- Confirm whether external TTS speakers and intercom handles are needed
- Confirm the power-taking method (ACC/normal power) and delayed shutdown time
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Supply is 9–36V: red to permanent live, orange to ACC, black to ground. Never reverse the polarity.
- The host must be installed horizontally and fixedly with vibration damping. Do not install the SSD and host suspended in the air
- The installation location must be waterproof, shockproof, anti-interference, and away from the air outlet of the air conditioner
- The camera wiring harness and power cord should be routed separately to avoid image interference
- Power must be cut off before inserting or removing SSD, SD card, or SIM card
- The AI camera is installed and calibrated according to the angle specified in the instruction manual (DMS aims at the driver, BSD aims at the blind spot on the side of the car), otherwise the alarm will not be accurate
- Confirm the alarm voice volume before loading the vehicle. It is too low and cannot be heard in the construction site environment
- Regularly check the recording time, screen and SSD/SD card status, and back up important videos in a timely manner
