Ordering notes
Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm the screen size and version (this model is the public version 1016 platform; 7-inch / 10-inch can be selected according to the project)
- Confirm resolution and format: 1024 × RGB × 600 with PAL / NTSC auto-switching.
- Confirm voltage (12–24V) and power source (ACC or permanent live).
- Confirm video input: 2-channel AHD with single-image display, supporting 720P / 960P / 1080P and CVBS / AHD.
- Confirm whether a reverse trigger wire and parking reference lines are required.
- Confirm connector type (RCA or 4-pin aviation), cable length and whether an extension is required.
- Confirm how the unit connects to the MDVR. If it only ever works with an MDVR, a single male or female connector carrying video and 12V together is cheaper. If it is sometimes used with a camera and sometimes with an MDVR, we supply a 30 cm female-to-female aviation lead.
- Confirm bracket and mounting position.
- Confirm whether a complete kit with a camera is required, and which camera model.
- Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Before wiring, confirm the supply is within 12–24V and never reverse the polarity.
- Connect ACC to the ignition switch to avoid draining the battery.
- Connect the trigger wire to the reversing lamp signal, then confirm the display switches to V2 when reverse is engaged.
- Set the parking guide lines to match the actual mounting height so they do not mislead the driver.
- Mount the monitor where it does not block the driver's view, and fix the bracket securely so vibration cannot loosen it.
- Secure the cable clear of hot surfaces and sharp edges, and tighten the connector.
- Clean the screen with a soft cloth — never alcohol or anything abrasive.
