Ordering notes
Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm the version first: 1 channel / 2 split / 4 split
- Confirm the installation direction: horizontal screen or vertical screen (the vertical screen is in the form of an electronic rearview mirror; the AI-adjusted version can only be used in horizontal screen)
- Confirm the voltage (DC12-32V) and power supply method (ACC / normal power)
- Confirm whether you need the recording function: the built-in SD card supports a maximum of 256G. Only 2-split and 4-split can record. We do not have the card
- Confirm video input (CVBS/720P/960P/1080P) and format (PAL/NTSC)
- Confirm the optional functions: reversing scale line, reversing delay (0-20 seconds), mirror/positive image of each channel
- Confirm the length of the 12P waterproof plug and whether an extension cord is needed
- Confirm how the unit connects to the MDVR. If it only ever works with an MDVR, a single male or female connector is cheaper. If it is sometimes used with a camera and sometimes with an MDVR, we supply a 30 cm female-to-female aviation lead.
- Confirm whether a complete kit with a camera is required, and which camera model.
- Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Before wiring, confirm the voltage and never reverse the polarity. Connect ACC to the ignition switch so the battery is not drained.
- Insert the 12P waterproof plug to the bottom and lock the self-locking buckle to avoid loosening due to driving vibrations
- The monitor should be installed on the A and B pillars and should not block the driver's view; desktop/ceiling installation must be firmly fixed
- The reversing trigger line must receive the reversing light signal. After installation, test whether the reverse gear can be automatically switched
- The reversing scale line, reversing delay, mirror/positive image are set according to the customer's model, and are tested one by one before delivery
- It is recommended to use genuine SD cards for recording and format them regularly
- Fix the wiring well and avoid high temperature parts and sharp sheet metal edges
- Clean the screen with a soft cloth — never alcohol or anything abrasive.
