Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- This model has no screen and can only be viewed and set through the mobile app. Please confirm this with the customer before shipping
- 4G is CAT1; TF card maximum is 512G, Class 10 or above
- Confirm whether you need to pull back the camera and the length of the cable
- Confirm if CMSV6 platform/server version is required
- Confirm who provides the SIM card and data plan
- Confirm language, logo, packaging and boot screen.
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Before connecting the mobile phone to the recorder WiFi, please delete other WiFi saved in the mobile phone (office/home)
- If you still can’t connect, unbind the recorder in Cloudspirit App, then restart your phone and connect again
- Disconnect the power before inserting the SIM or TF card.
- Fix the main unit securely and never reverse the power polarity.
- The GPS antenna needs a clear view of the sky, or positioning and trip tracks will be inaccurate.
- Check the recording time, image and loop overwrite periodically, and export important footage promptly.
- Route the cable away from hot surfaces and strong interference sources.
