- Ask the customer for photos of the factory camera — front, back, plug, bracket and the OE label on the housing — and check them against ours one by one.
- Check the OE number: This model can replace the four series part numbers AL3Z / BL3Z / CL3Z / EL3Z, confirm according to the customer's factory label
- Confirm model (F150 or Raptor) and model year 2011-2014
- Confirm the camera position — reversing view, or which channel of the 360 system.
- There is another "Mustang EL3Z19G490D" folder in this directory that also uses EL3Z-19G490-D. Pay attention to distinguish the reports: Mustang pair 2015-2020, F150 pair 2011-2014
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Disconnect the battery negative terminal before installation and keep the circuit unpowered while working.
- When removing original parts, protect the clips, seals and plugs — do not force them.
- After fitting, check the clips are fully seated and the seal is compressed so water cannot seep in.
- Power up and check the reversing image and the factory guide lines work correctly.
- When washing, do not hold a pressure washer directly on the camera or connector.
- Keep the original parts you removed.
