Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

First confirm which one you want: round metal / round plastic / small metal / economical / wireless
Confirm the voltage: round model DC8-36V, small model DC6-36V, economical model DC12-48V, confirm by model
Confirm communication/trigger mode: RS485, RS232, IO trigger (high level or low level), or only local sound and light
Confirm the voice content: use our standard voice, or the customer provides MP3 files/copywriting and we record it; how many languages do you need?
Confirm the volume requirements: standard volume / adjustable volume / external speaker to increase the volume
Confirm the wire material: length, wire diameter, connector form (GX12-4P/6P, bare wire, waterproof plug, custom terminal)
Confirm the shell: material (aluminum die-casting / ABS / nylon), color, silk screen content
Confirm whether a wireless solution is required (wiring-free scenario), as well as wireless distance and pairing requirements
Confirm whether RS485 communication protocol document is required (default address 0x01, 9600, n, 8, 1)

Installation & usage

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Confirm the voltage before wiring. Do not reverse the positive and negative poles; do not reverse the A/B lines of RS485
The horn and lamp face outward to avoid being blocked by mud or ice
IP67 / IP68 is a level of protection against water immersion / water spray, but it does not mean resistance to long-term direct impact with a high-pressure water gun
Use specified specification screws (M4/M5) for the fixing holes. The mounting surface should be flat. Tighten but do not over-torque
During debugging, first confirm the communication address and baud rate, and then connect to the vehicle system (default 0x01 / 9600,n,8,1)
Custom voice version: After changing the voice file, be sure to test it by powering on the actual car to confirm that the playback is normal and the volume is appropriate
Wireless version: Pay attention to the pairing and installation position of the transmitter and receiver to avoid being shielded by the metal car and shortening the distance
