Key features

Keypad immobiliser: If you don’t enter the correct password or swipe the card, the machine will not start, preventing unauthorized personnel from operating it
It is equivalent to adding an electronic anti-theft lock to the vehicle - it cannot be opened even if there is a key and no password
Suitable for construction machinery, forklifts, trucks, buses, electric vehicles, agricultural machinery, marine equipment and other equipment that can easily be "driving away"
Administrator password protection (factory default 5118): You must enter the administrator password first to add a card, add a password, or change the password. Others cannot change the data
Card activation: up to 5 ID cards, suitable for issuing cards to fixed drivers/teams
Password activation: up to 10 sets of hand-entered passwords, each set of 4 digits (0-9), suitable for temporary drivers, substitutes, and loaners
The new version (Ver 2.0) supports targeted modification of 10 sets of passwords, making personnel changes easy to manage (the old version can only overwrite and re-enter)
Each step of operation has indicator light + buzzer feedback: blue light is always on = switch signal has been output; yellow light flashes = waiting for input; red light flashes = input error
Working voltage DC 12-80V: 12V / 24V / 48V One model of vehicles and machinery is fully compatible
Similar imported products are sold in two models (the EL version handles 24-80V, and the IC version only handles 12V). This model covers all in one model, making stocking and after-sales easy
Maximum switching load 16A / 24VDC: can be directly connected to the ignition / starting circuit without adding a relay
Low standby current: ≤15mA/24V, ≤10mA/48V; working current ≤70mA/24V, ≤35mA/48V, long-term parking without battery loss
The wiring is simple: red = battery positive, black = battery negative, brown = switch input, blue = switch output
IP65 protection: dust-proof, water-spray-proof, installed outside the cab or on construction machinery without fear of rain and washing
Working temperature -40~+70°C (some data says -40~+90°C): can be used in freezers and open-air construction sites
Panel button design, can be pressed even with gloves on
There is a UK-EMC test report (report number ATL20221107838), which can be provided with the goods for British/European customers, which is a plus for EU and British fleet and construction machinery customers

Ordering notes

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm the working voltage range: This model is marked DC12-80V, please confirm again according to the model before placing an order (12V small equipment / 24V large vehicle / 48V electric vehicle)
Confirm whether you need an ID card and how many (up to 5) you need; if you don’t have a card, just enter the password by hand
Confirm how many sets of manual passwords are required (up to 10 sets)
Confirm whether a UK-EMC test report needs to be provided with the goods
Confirm the wire length and connector method (red/black/brown/blue four-wire)
Confirm the installation location and panel opening size
Factory default: administrator password 5118, default password 1234, default modification authorization code 8888 (Ver 2.0); confirm whether you need to preset passwords according to customer requirements
Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.

Installation & usage

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Confirm the voltage before wiring, and do not connect the positive and negative poles reversely (red = battery positive, black = battery negative, brown = switch input, blue = switch output)
The host is installed in a location where it is not easy for water to enter and is not easily damaged to avoid being bypassed by simple short circuits
Immediately change the administrator password (default 5118) after first use, and test whether startup and shutdown are normal
Be sure to record your password yourself: it is troublesome to reset it on site if you forget it
Do not press the keyboard panel with sharp objects to avoid scratches and water intrusion
IP65 is a water spray-proof level. Do not soak it for a long time, and do not use a high-pressure water gun to directly hit the panel at a fixed point
It is recommended that an electrician do the wiring, and then test each one one by one: it can be started by swiping the card, it can be started by password, and it cannot be started by wrong password
