Side view/blind spot monitoring is generally recommended to be around 125°, and the specific angle is determined by the project
The angle consistency in the same batch is controlled by the manufacturer, and the pictures are unified when shipped in batches, and there will not be one viewing angle per machine
IP68 waterproof and dustproof: resistant to rain and high-pressure water gun cleaning
DC 12V power supply, operating current is only 60–90mA (very power-saving, does not increase the electrical load of the vehicle)

Ordering notes

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm the lens angle: 60° ~ 170° optional, how many degrees to use for this project (side view blind spot is generally around 125°)
Confirm the output format: AHD 1080P or 720P / CVBS (to match the monitor / MDVR)
Confirm whether to turn on the reverse auxiliary line (4-color OSD auxiliary line, switchable)
Confirm the body color and silk screen printing (private models can be custom)
Confirm connector type (4-pin aviation standard) and cable length (0.5 m tail standard; 1 m / 5 m / 10 m made to order).
Confirm the installation position and fixing method (side of the car body/under the rearview mirror), and base screw holes according to the drawing
Confirm the voltage and power location (DC12V, 8-15V)
Default specifications: 2053 + 8536H solution / 125° field of view / PAL system / without reversing auxiliary line (no park line); no wide dynamic range (WDR) function, if you need other angles or NTSC, please explain in advance
Confirm whether a test report needs to be provided with the goods (IP68 waterproof, etc.)
Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.

Installation & usage

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply is DC 12V (8–15V) and never reverse the polarity.
Adjust the angle of the ball head and lock it to avoid long-term vibration and movement
Route and secure the cable away from the engine and other hot surfaces, and clear of sharp sheet-metal edges.
Tighten the connector and fit the waterproof boot to keep water out.
IP68 waterproof, but when washing the car, avoid direct high-pressure water gun directed at the lens and connector for a long time
If the ball head lens is dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not scratch it with a hard object
The side mounting position avoids the exhaust pipe, fuel tank opening and tire mud-slinging area
