Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- Check the supply is 12V DC and the polarity is correct before connecting
- Mount inside the windscreen, clear of the wiper sweep, the mirror and the airbag zone
- Clean the glass where the bracket sits - a dirty screen softens the whole picture
- Aim along the road rather than at the sky; sky in frame darkens the road
- Route the cable behind the headliner and down the A-pillar, away from the driver
- Push the connector fully home
- Wipe the lens and the inside of the glass periodically
