Full 304 stainless steel housing: The entire housing is 304 stainless steel, not an iron shell painted or an aluminum shell
Anti-corrosion: Resistant to acid and alkali, salt spray, snow melting agents and chemical fertilizers, no rust at the seaside, chemical industry zone, or cleaning environment
Impact resistance and anti-tampering: The metal housing itself is a protection, resistant to smashing and collision, and it is not afraid of prying when installed outside
Isolation and explosion-proof design: The whole machine has an isolation structure, and the shell is separated from the circuit to prevent the device from not working due to the shell being charged
Thick tempered glass mirror: more impact-resistant and scratch-resistant than ordinary glass, and the mirror will not become smeared after long-term use
Small metal housing, approximately 56×52mm in size, easy to install and route cables
The main body contains a heating plate: defrosting and defogging in low-temperature environments, the lens will not fog or freeze
Adapted to cold areas, cold chains, and northern winter working conditions; ACC preheats before driving after powering on, making the picture clearer

Ordering notes

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm whether the quotation is based on the heating chip included (the body comes standard with a heating chip)
Confirm resolution and format: AHD 1080P / 720P, PAL or NTSC.
Confirm the chipset: 2053 + 8536H is standard.
Confirm the lens angle: default 110° (there is also a 160° version)
Confirm connector type (4-pin aviation standard, RCA optional) and cable length (0.5 m tail standard; 1 m / 5 m / 10 m made to order).
Confirm the protection level: the existing information is written as IP68 and IP69K respectively, and the actual version shipped from the factory shall prevail
Confirm whether an explosion-proof certificate/test report is required (similar 304 explosion-proof products have ATEX/IEC explosion-proof certification, this certificate needs to be confirmed with the factory)
Confirm the voltage and power supply location: 12V (8-15V), whether the 24V model needs a step-down
Default specification: 2053 + 8536H platform, 110° field of view, PAL, no parking guide lines, no WDR. Ask in advance if you need a different angle or NTSC.
Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.

Installation & usage

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply is DC 12V (8–15V) and never reverse the polarity.
For hazardous materials, chemical industry, and offshore environment installations, cabling and grounding must be carried out in accordance with on-site safety regulations
Tighten the joints and put on the waterproof cover to avoid oxidation due to water ingress
The heating element consumes electricity when it is working. It is recommended to add a separate fuse with sufficient wire diameter
Route and secure the cable away from the engine and other hot surfaces, and clear of sharp sheet-metal edges.
Although 304 stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, it is recommended to rinse the surface regularly with water after use in seaside/chemical industry areas to reduce chemical residues
IP68 waterproof, but when washing cars/cans, avoid directing the high-pressure water gun directly into the lens and connectors for a long time
After adjusting the angle, tighten the screws. Do not dismantle the anti-tamper structure without permission
