Dual-chamber design: The lens and LED light panel are divided into two independent cavities, physically separated
IR LED will not be refracted or reflected on the lens glass at night, and the picture will not have spots or whitening. You can see clearly when reversing at night
The light board and lens are separated into separate compartments, and the heat sources are separated and do not affect each other. The picture is more stable for long-term work
During the day, strong light will not penetrate into the lens from the lamp cavity, and the picture will be cleaner when backlit
The divided structure also allows better heat dissipation of the housing and extends the life of the LED and sensor

Ordering notes

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm the output mode: standard AHD video, or CAN-bus version is required
Confirm the protection level: the existing information is written as IP69K and IP69 respectively, whichever is the actual version shipped from the factory
Confirm the size and installation method: different information has inconsistent descriptions of size, please refer to the factory drawings
Confirm the IR LED version (8 surface-emitting LEDs or other configurations) and night vision distance
Confirm the connector type (default 4-pin aviation connector, alloy connector optional) and wire harness length; whether double shielded tail wire is required (anti-electromagnetic interference of the vehicle)
Confirm if tamper-resistant screws and IP69K test report are required
Confirm voltage: Default DC12V (8-15V), whether 24V models need to be equipped with a step-down voltage
Default specification: 2053 + 8536H platform, 110° field of view, PAL, no parking guide lines, no WDR. Ask in advance if you need a different angle or NTSC.
Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.

Installation & usage

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply is DC 12V (operating range 8–15V) and never reverse the polarity.
Insert the connector into the bottom and lock it tightly, and put on the waterproof cover to avoid water oxidation
Route and secure the cable away from the engine and other hot surfaces, and clear of sharp sheet-metal edges.
The built-in heating version is used in low-temperature areas. After the ACC is powered on, it will be preheated before driving, and the picture will be clearer
The heating version has higher power consumption. It is recommended to add a separate fuse and the wire diameter should be sufficient
IP69K waterproof, but when washing the car, avoid direct high-pressure water gun directed at the lens and connector for a long time
After adjusting the angle, tighten the screws. Do not replace the anti-tamper screws with ordinary screws
