Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm the resolution/format: AHD 1080P/720P, PAL/NTSC, and match the monitor/MDVR
Confirm the protection level and operating temperature: the existing data is written as IP68 / IP69 / IP69K, -20~+70 / -25~+70 / -40~+60, whichever is the actual version shipped from the factory
Confirm the lens angle: The existing information states 120° and 110° respectively. This model is quoted at 120° (2.8mm). Special angles must be mentioned in advance
Confirm connector type (4-pin aviation standard, RCA optional) and cable length (0.5 m tail standard; 1 m / 5 m / 10 m made to order).
Confirm the installation method and bracket: side mounting / ceiling / wall, whether an adjustable angle bracket is required (this model supports pitch 0-60°)
Confirm whether you need the dot matrix LED version/sub-bin version (different versions have different prices)
Confirm the IR LED version: 650nm and 850nm (SMD) appear in the data respectively, confirm according to the actual factory configuration

Installation & usage

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Confirm the voltage (DC12V±10%) before wiring. Do not connect the positive and negative poles reversely
Route and secure the cable away from the engine and other hot surfaces, and clear of sharp sheet-metal edges.
Tighten the connector and fit the waterproof boot to keep water out.
After adjusting the angle, tighten the screw; the side mounting position avoids the exhaust pipe and tire mud-slinging area
The waterproof structure does not mean that it can withstand long-term direct flushing with high-pressure water guns. Please pay attention when washing the car
The advantage of this model is the divided compartment structure. When disassembling and assembling, be careful not to let dust get between the glass and the light panel
