Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm resolution and format — AHD 1080P / 720P or CVBS — and match it to the monitor or MDVR.
Confirm the connector type. 4-pin aviation is standard (RCA optional) and must match the vehicle harness.
Confirm cable length. 0.5 m tail is standard and made to order.
Default specification: 2053 + 8536H platform, 110° field of view, PAL, no parking guide lines, no WDR. Ask in advance if you need a different angle or NTSC.
Confirm whether a waterproof boot is required.
Confirm quantity, packaging (colour box or neutral box) and printing requirements in advance.
Confirm the number of IR LED/irradiation distance and the wiring harness connection method of individual IR LED

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply is DC 12V (operating range 8–15V) and never reverse the polarity.
Route and secure the cable away from the engine and other hot surfaces, and clear of sharp sheet-metal edges.
Tighten the connector and fit the waterproof boot to keep water out.
Tighten the screws once the angle is set.
The IP rating is subject to factory confirmation; when washing, do not hold a pressure washer on the lens or connector.
When the IR LED is powered alone, pay attention to the current and wire diameter. It is recommended to add a fuse
