- PRO hardware supports radar function, but it requires expansion cables and radar host to achieve it

- Radar information is intuitively displayed on the 360 car model, supporting enhanced right blind spot (BSD) + lane change assist (LCA), radar and audible and visual siren linkage
- The radar host comes standard with 4 large vehicle-specific probes + 4 2.5-5 meter extension lines + 1 communication line; the detection distance is 2.5 meters in four directions, and the flameout is 0.3 meters

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm version: Basic version (NEX-1070A, no radar / no CAN) or enhanced version (NEX-1090A-PRO, supports radar + CAN + high-end AI)
- Confirm the number of camera channels: the default is 4 channels 360, whether to expand to 8 channels (V5-V8)
- Confirm options: ultrasonic radar (including radar host), audible and visual alarm, touch screen
- Confirm whether CAN communication is required (PRO support; custom protocol is charged separately)
- Confirm SD card capacity (8-512G)
- Confirm voltage (DC 12–36V) and power source (ACC or permanent live).
- Confirm the installation method: embedded (headrest frame)/U-shaped bracket/butterfly bracket
- Confirm the calibration method (remote or on-site) and whether calibration mats and software are required.
- Confirm the length of the wiring harness (according to the vehicle length)
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- The four-channel stitch must be calibrated after installation; without calibration the image is misaligned and blind spots appear.
- The installation position and angle of the camera are according to the drawing, and the lens should be kept clean; mud and dirt will cause inaccurate splicing
- The basic version has a simpler algorithm and will have more false positives; for projects that are sensitive to false positives, it is recommended to choose the PRO enhanced version
- The radar host is optional: if you just buy an all-in-one machine, it will not automatically have radar function. You need to confirm the additional configuration according to the project
- The calibration site is flat and the light is uniform. After calibration, the parameters are saved and verified by road tests
- The wiring harness should be routed away from high-temperature parts and sharp sheet metal edges; the connectors should be tightly plugged in and fixed securely
- Regularly check the surface of the lens, radar probe, and audible and visual alarm. Mud and ice will affect the effect
