Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm the hole size: This model is available in 16.5mm and 18.5mm, which must match the hole diameter of the model
Confirm the signal type: CVBS, AHD 720P or AHD 1080P. An AHD camera must be paired with an AHD host.
Confirm the chipset — CVBS: 1058 / 4089 / 7430 / 7440 / 7080; AHD: 2053 / 528 / 536D / 536 / 4109.
Confirm the lens angle: the specification bookmarks 170°, the standard horizontal viewing angle is about 108° (110° specification), confirm before placing an order
Confirm whether reversing auxiliary line and forward/mirror image switching are needed
Confirm the connector: RCA, 4-pin aviation or BMW type.
Confirm 12V or 24V.
Confirm tail cable construction — 5 copper / 5 steel is standard — and whether pure copper, an extension and a custom length are needed.
Confirm color, accessories (hole opener/screws) and packaging form and silk screen

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply — DC 12V, or the 24V version on a 24V vehicle — and never reverse the red and black supply wires.
The opening size is selected according to the corresponding specifications of 16.5mm / 18.5mm. If the hole diameter is wrong, it cannot be sealed
After snapping in, make sure the sealing ring is tight and wipe off excess water with a soft cloth to prevent water seepage
Route the cable clear of hot surfaces and sharp sheet-metal edges, and do not pull the tail cable tight.
Tighten the screws once the angle is set, so vibration cannot shift the lens.
Clean the lens with a soft cloth — never alcohol or anything abrasive.
AHD cameras must be paired with an AHD host; CVBS and AHD cannot be mixed.
