Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm the length of the license plate strip and the position of the fixing holes (long strip/short strip) to match the model license plate area
Confirm the number of LEDs (8 lights for this model) and whether switch board tail wires are needed
Confirm the signal type: CVBS, AHD 720P or AHD 1080P. An AHD camera must be paired with an AHD host.
Confirm the chipset — CVBS: 1058 / 4089 / 7430 / 7440 / 7080; AHD: 2053 / 528 / 536D / 536 / 4109.
Confirm the camera angle: 170° is commonly used in the license plate strip series. If you need other angles, please inform us in advance
Confirm PAL or NTSC, whether parking guide lines are needed, and normal or mirrored image.
Confirm waterproof rating requirements (IP67/IP69K) and surface treatment (black/silver)
Confirm connector: RCA / 4-pin aviation connector / BMW connector; confirm voltage 12V / 24V and wire length
Confirm packaging form, instruction language and silk screen requirements

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply — DC 12V, or the 24V version on a 24V vehicle — and never reverse the red and black supply wires.
When installing, fix it together with the license plate. All four screws must be tightened to avoid loosening due to driving vibration
The metal license plate strip is heavy, so make sure the fixing holes are strong enough
Route the wires through near the license plate light or trunk wiring harness, and avoid high-temperature parts such as exhaust pipes
The joints should be waterproof so that the license plate position is easily washed away by water in rainy days
Clean the lens and LED board with a soft cloth — never alcohol or anything abrasive.
AHD cameras must be paired with an AHD host; CVBS and AHD cannot be mixed.
