Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm whether the opening size of 28mm matches the model (large hole diameter, some models need to confirm the sheet metal thickness first)
Confirm the signal type: CVBS, AHD 720P or AHD 1080P. An AHD camera must be paired with an AHD host.
Confirm the chipset — CVBS: 1058 / 4089 / 7430 / 7440 / 7080; AHD: 2053 / 528 / 536D / 536 / 4109.
Confirm lens angle. Around 108° horizontal is standard (110° nominal); 135° / 150° / 170° wide-angle versions are optional.
Confirm night vision mode: number of IR lights/number of LEDs, and whether switch tail cable is required
Confirm PAL or NTSC, whether parking guide lines are needed, and normal or mirrored image.
Confirm the connector: RCA, 4-pin aviation or BMW type.
Confirm 12V or 24V, plus tail cable construction and length.
Confirm colour, accessories, packaging type and printing.

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply — DC 12V, or the 24V version on a 24V vehicle — and never reverse the red and black supply wires.
Confirm the hole diameter and panel thickness before cutting; on a push-in camera make sure the seal is compressed so no water gets in.
Do not bump the night vision lamp bead panel, and avoid squeezing the lamp panel during installation
Route the cable clear of hot surfaces and sharp sheet-metal edges, and do not pull the tail cable tight.
Seal the connector properly; bumper positions take a lot of water spray.
Clean the lens and LED board with a soft cloth — never alcohol or anything abrasive.
AHD cameras must be paired with an AHD host; CVBS and AHD cannot be mixed.
