Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm whether the adjustable angle range and adjustment structure meet the angle requirements of the vehicle model’s mounting surface
Confirm the color (black/silver/white), screw diameter and hole size
Confirm the signal type: CVBS, AHD 720P or AHD 1080P. An AHD camera must be paired with an AHD host.
Confirm the chipset — CVBS: 1058 / 4089 / 7430 / 7440 / 7080; AHD: 2053 / 528 / 536D / 536 / 4109.
Confirm lens angle. Around 108° horizontal is standard (110° nominal); 135° / 150° / 170° wide-angle versions are optional.
Confirm whether LED fill light is needed
Confirm PAL or NTSC, whether parking guide lines are needed, and normal or mirrored image.
Confirm the connector (BMW type standard) and voltage 12V / 24V, plus tail cable construction and length.

Before wiring, confirm the supply — DC 12V, or the 24V version on a 24V vehicle — and never reverse the red and black supply wires.
Before adjusting the angle, loosen the locking structure. After adjustment, it must be re-locked to avoid vibration and displacement during driving
Fit the seal before tightening the nut on a threaded mount, then confirm no water seeps in.
Do not use excessive force on the adjustable structure to avoid damaging the ball head/gear
Route the cable clear of hot surfaces and sharp sheet-metal edges, and do not pull the tail cable tight.
Clean the lens with a soft cloth — never alcohol or anything abrasive.
AHD cameras must be paired with an AHD host; CVBS and AHD cannot be mixed.
