Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.

Confirm color: This model is black, there are also silver JPC-16S, white JPC-16W (select according to the model interior/bumper color)
Confirm the screw diameter and cut-out size match the vehicle.
Confirm the signal type: CVBS, AHD 720P or AHD 1080P. An AHD camera must be paired with an AHD host.
Confirm the chipset — CVBS: 1058 / 4089 / 7430 / 7440 / 7080; AHD: 2053 / 528 / 536D / 536 / 4109.
Confirm lens angle. Around 108° horizontal is standard (110° nominal); 135° / 150° / 170° wide-angle versions are optional.
Confirm whether LED illumination is required — choose the JPC-16LED if so.
Confirm PAL or NTSC, whether parking guide lines are needed, and normal or mirrored image.
Confirm the connector (standard BMW connector, optional RCA/4-pin aviation connector) and voltage 12V/24V
Confirm the tail wire material and length; confirm the packaging form and silk screen

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Before wiring, confirm the supply — DC 12V, or the 24V version on a 24V vehicle — and never reverse the red and black supply wires.
Fit the seal before tightening the nut on a threaded mount, then confirm no water seeps in.
After adjusting the angle, tighten the lock nut to prevent the lens from shifting due to driving vibrations
Route the cable clear of hot surfaces and sharp sheet-metal edges, and do not pull the tail cable tight.
The connector (BMW head/RCA) should be waterproof, the bumper position is easy to be washed by water
Clean the lens with a soft cloth — never alcohol or anything abrasive.
AHD cameras must be paired with an AHD host; CVBS and AHD cannot be mixed.
