Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- This model is an SD card machine (without hard disk); the storage capacity directory parameter is written as 2×256GB, and the factory SPEC is written as a single card up to 512GB. Please confirm the actual configuration before placing an order
- Confirm whether you want the normal version (MR9504E) or the AI active safety version (MA9504E, including ADAS / DSM / BSD)
- Confirm options: GPS/Beidou, 4G, WiFi, IPC camera, CAN, TTS speaker, intercom handle, alarm button
- It is not equipped with a remote control by default. If you need a remote control, please specify separately
- Confirm the number of cameras, cable length and connector type (audio and video input is M12-4 aviation connector)
- Confirm whether the ministry standard agreement (JT/T808-2013/2019, JT/T905) and platform integration are required, and who will provide the SIM card?
- Confirm the power supply method (ACC ignition wire/normal power) and whether delayed shutdown is required
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- The power supply must be between 8-36V (12V or 24V is recommended); the red wire is connected to normal power, the orange wire is connected to ACC, and the black wire is grounded. The positive and negative poles cannot be reversed
- The host must be installed horizontally and fixedly, with an inclination angle of no more than 30 degrees, and cannot be installed suspended in a position subject to long-term vibration
- The installation location must be waterproof, shockproof, and interference-proof, and away from air-conditioning outlets and in-car audio-visual and intercom equipment
- The GPS antenna should be placed horizontally, with no obstruction above it, and at least 50cm away from the camera and recorder; the 4G antenna should not be bundled with messy wiring harnesses
- The power must be cut off before inserting or removing the SIM card or SD card to avoid data damage
- Unused channels must be deactivated in the menu, otherwise video loss alarms will continue to be reported
- Regularly check the recording time, whether the picture is complete, whether the loop coverage is effective, and export important videos for backup in a timely manner
- The fuse of the fuse must be above 10A; the diameter of the extension cord should not be less than 1.5mm², and the diameter of the signal line should not be less than 0.5mm²
