Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm European version or American version (frequency bands and platforms are different)
- Confirm whether you need cloud storage service and the subscription period (cloud service is charged separately)
- The cloud service only uploads alarm clips, and ordinary videos are still saved in the TF card
- Confirm the power supply method: OBD interface or ACC hard wire
- Confirm whether the TF card capacity (4GB-128GB, Class 10 or above) needs to be supplied with the goods
- Confirm whether a matching phone card/data card is required and who will provide it
- Confirm whether the radar detection distance and area settings meet the project requirements (front 3 meters / rear 5 meters, adjustable)
- Confirm language, logo, packaging and boot screen.
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.

- This unit does not have a computer player, and the recordings can only be viewed and downloaded through the App
- The camera in the car is limited by its structure. The picture will turn purple and black when exposed to the sun on a sunny day. This is a known phenomenon
- Long press the PM button to enter private model: disable the car camera and do not record
- The information can be modified when the device is bound, and can also be shared with others for remote viewing
- Low-voltage protection automatically cuts off power when the battery voltage is lower than 11.8V; pay attention to the battery power when parking for a long time
- The meaning of video file suffix: C vehicle start / B stop and power on / P radar event / G collision event / T full-time video / D driving video / M manual alarm / N wake-up on network
- Radar and camera lenses must be kept clean as mud and dirt will affect the detection effect
- Regularly check whether recordings, cloud service uploads and GPS tracks are normal
