JPC-256Ai Universal Thermal Imaging AI Night Vision System (CVBS + USB Dual Output/With Controller)

- Universal DIY modification solution: thermal imaging camera + independent controller (ECU), the algorithm is in the controller, and the factory harness screen is not moved
- Video output CVBS and USB synchronous output: CVBS directly into the car display, USB (UVC) into the Android large screen/mobile phone/tablet/computer
- When the large Android screen in the car supports the installation of third-party APPs, you can view thermal imaging on the Android screen by installing a dedicated APP without adding a screen
- When the factory harness screen cannot install the APP, a special car-specific decoder can be equipped to connect to the factory harness screen without loss
- AI recognition: pedestrians, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, various motor vehicles; recognition rate ≥95%, real-time performance ≥21 FPS
- Recognition distance ≤80~100m (pedestrian, ambient temperature 23±5°C), car about 160m
- Long-range night vision: can detect road conditions 300~500m ahead in total darkness
- Three-level picture + sound warning (except motor vehicles), built-in warning horn, can identify pedestrians "rapidly approaching" and "suddenly rushing out"
- Built-in GPS: supports filtering alarms by vehicle speed (default is no alarm below 30km/h; set to 0 for "sentinel mode", which will alarm as long as a person is detected within the warning distance)
- Supports setting warning parameters with infrared remote control: warning speed, warning distance, warning time period (night/all day), volume
- Camera: 12μm vanadium oxide uncooled detector, 256×192 (optional 384×288 / 640×512), 10mm lens FOV 18°×13°
- Automatic defrost: start below 2°C, stop above 7°C; automatic image shutter correction, white hot mode, ≤25Hz
- The camera is IP67 waterproof (the controller is not waterproof and must be installed in the car); operating temperature -30°C~+70°C

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- First confirm the customer's screen type: Android large screen (can install APP, USB/UVC is the easiest way) / rear-mounted CVBS screen / factory screen (requires special car decoder)
- Confirm whether a monitor and a regulated power supply harness are required (this series does not include a monitor and can be equipped with a 5-10-inch IPS high-brightness screen)
- Confirm resolution: 256 × 192 standard; 384 × 288 and 640 × 512 are upgrade options.
- Confirm lens: 10mm (FOV 18°×13°) standard, whether you need a 120° ultra-wide-angle version
- Confirm whether built-in GPS is required (affects speed filtering and sentry mode)
- Confirm the controller's power drawing method: DC12V normal power + ACC + ground (ACC automatically shuts down when power is off), whether a special decoder for a special car is needed to draw power
- Confirm whether the factory harness screen is in the list of compatible car models. The decoder must be selected according to the model year
- Confirm whether the language, warning voice, startup screen and LOGO need to be custom
- Confirm whether the early warning needs to be output to the audible and visual alarm (3.3V signal, connected to a relay)
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage

- The camera must be installed outside the car at the middle grille: heat radiation cannot penetrate the glass, and it cannot be photographed through the glass inside the car
- The camera is IP67 waterproof, but the controller is not waterproof. The controller must be installed in a dry location in the car
- It is recommended to wrap the camera and cable connectors with waterproof tape to enhance the waterproof effect
- The lens carries an anti-reflective coating — clean it only with a proper lens cloth, never touch it with bare fingers and never use alcohol.
- Do not point the camera at the sun, lasers, welding arcs or other intense light sources for long periods.
- The screen will freeze briefly for about 150ms and then recover. This is because the automatic shutter is in action, which is normal
- When the ambient temperature rises, the contrast of thermal imaging decreases, which is normal and not a malfunction
- It takes about 18 seconds to turn on the phone for the first time (including camera warm-up), and then drive after the screen comes out
- The installation angle of the camera is parallel to the ground, and the junction of the sky and the earth in the distance is approximately in the middle of the picture
- After the TF card upgrade is completed, you must delete the upgrade file or remove the card, otherwise the upgrade will be repeated every time you turn on the computer
- The default warning speed is 30km/h, the three-stage warning distance is fully open, the all-day warning is set, and the volume is 30. It can be adjusted according to project requirements after loading
