Please provide the customer with photos of the factory harness tailgate handle (front, back, buckle, wiring harness plug) and model year, and compare them one by one with our styles
Confirm that the handle style matches the model (Passat GT / B8, Polo, Virtus, T-Cross, Taigun, etc. have different styles)
Confirm whether it has the factory harness camera position (some models have no holes in the factory harness, so you need to choose the corresponding style)
Confirm whether you need the accompanying cables and conversion plugs
Verify output type (CVBS/AHD) matches client host
Confirm quantity, packaging and printing.

Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal before installation and keep the circuit unpowered while working.
When removing the factory harness handle, protect the buckle and chrome-plated surface, and do not pry hard with metal tools
After installation, make sure the handle returns smoothly and the sealing ring is pressed tightly to avoid water seepage
Leave a margin of movement when routing the wires through the tailgate hinge to avoid breaking the wires when opening and closing the tailgate
Power on to test the reversing screen and tailgate switch functions
When washing, do not hold a pressure washer directly on the camera or connector.
