LRS-370 P3 360 panoramic driving safety system for large trucks (4-channel 1080P AHD / 2D+3D panoramic / DC10-33V)
Key features
- 4 channels of 1080P AHD camera input, combined into a 360-degree surround picture, with 2D / 3D viewing angle switchable
- 4-channel cameras combined into one video file, 1920×1080P, H265 encoding, 1.25GB/hour
- Automatically switch the corresponding viewing angle when turning the steering wheel or engaging reverse gear to reduce blind spots
- Optional BSD blind spot detection and AI visual warning
- CVBS output: standard GX12-4P aircraft carrier head, 360 splicing screen (standard configuration)
- AHD output (optional): 2 channels AHD25 720P/1080P, GX12-4P female, 360 splicing screen
- 4-way camera source and image output (optional): GX12-4P female connector
- VGA output: standard DB15 female connector, built-in DC12V regulated power supply, with serial port communication
- Note: CVBS is output by default, AHD output is optional; radar cannot be connected, but audible and visual alarms can be connected

- SD card: supports 8-256G (English parameter list writes 8-512G)
- Illegal power outage recording is reliable (main power supply with farad capacitor)

Points to confirm before production so the unit arrives ready to fit.
- Confirm the vehicle model, vehicle commander and number of cameras (4-way panoramic view; whether BSD/AI cameras need to be added)
- Confirm video output: Default CVBS; whether AHD output (optional), 4-channel source image output (optional), VGA output is required
- Confirm whether you need the AI host version (the price of the AI host and the host without AI are different)
- Confirm the storage method: SSD (128G-2TB) or SD card (8-256G), the capacity is based on customer needs
- Confirm the voltage (DC10-33V) and power supply method (ACC / normal power)
- Confirm whether it has an audible and visual alarm (this model supports alarms, but does not support radar)
- Confirm the calibration method: remote calibration or door-to-door calibration; whether calibration cloth and calibration software need to be provided with the goods
- Confirm the length of the wiring harness (vehicle lengths vary, and the wiring harness is configured according to the model)
- Confirm whether a monitor (7 / 10.1 inches) is required and the interface type of the monitor
- Confirm quantity, packaging and printing requirements in advance.
Installation & usage
Voltage, wiring, sealing and maintenance guidance for the installer.
- The four-channel stitch must be calibrated after installation; without calibration the image is misaligned and blind spots appear.
- The installation position and angle of the camera must be strictly in accordance with the drawings (horizontally 210°, longitudinal 126°), do not change it at will
- Before wiring, confirm that the voltage is within the range of DC10-33V. Do not connect the positive and negative poles reversely
- The calibration site should be flat and evenly lit. After calibration, save the parameters and conduct a road test to verify them
- Clean the lens regularly. Mud and water may cause inaccurate stitching or calibration failure
- The host connectors should be tightly plugged in, fixed securely and waterproof; the wiring harness should be routed away from high temperature areas and sharp sheet metal edges
